Orders & Payments
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse products on our website, select your preferred size and quantity, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible PIN codes
3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on selected PIN codes. Additional COD charges may apply.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped from our warehouse.
Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
5. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.
Please note that order confirmation does not mean order acceptance. Orders are accepted only after dispatch confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
6. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within the estimated timeline shown at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
7. What happens if delivery fails?
Our courier partner may attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled.
8. What should I do if the package looks damaged?
If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at: info@browclothing.in
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
9. What is your return policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to product eligibility and quality checks.
10. Which products are non-returnable?
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- End of Season Sale (EOSS) products
- Discounted or final sale items
- Undergarments
- Ethnic wear
- Products marked as “Return Not Applicable”
11. How do I request a return or exchange?
You can initiate a return or exchange from the “My Orders” section of your account.
Select the product and submit the return/exchange request.
12. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after successful quality inspection of the returned item.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or as store credit.
13. Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges, COD fees, and promotional discounts are generally non-refundable.
14. What if reverse pickup is unavailable in my area?
In such cases, customers may self-ship the product using a reliable courier service with tracking details.

15. Do I need an account to place an order?
You may place an order as a guest or through a registered account, depending on website functionality.
16. How is my account verified?
For security purposes, account verification may be done through OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
17. Is my personal information safe?
