Return & Exchange Policy
At Brow Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges subject to the terms below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Before placing an order, we strongly recommend reviewing the product description, size chart, measurements, and specifications carefully.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during End of Season Sale (EOSS)
- Items bought under special discount offers
- Undergarments
- Ethnic wear products
- Products marked as “Return Not Applicable” on the product page
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Returning or exchanging a product is simple:
- Visit your Order Page
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Schedule a pickup request
Our shipping partner will attempt pickup from your registered address. Kindly ensure the product is packed securely before handing it over.
4. Pickup Failure or Self-Ship Returns
If the pickup is not attempted or fails, customers may contact our support team at:
In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product using a reliable courier service with tracking details.
Please ensure proper packaging to avoid transit damage.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If approved:
- Refund confirmation will be shared within 4–5 working days
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
For COD orders, customers may be requested to share bank account details for refund processing.
6. Discount & Shipping Adjustments
For eligible returns:
- Any discount, coupon, promotional benefit, or free shipping applied during purchase may be adjusted from the refund amount
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
7. Return Rejection Conditions
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The product is used, washed, damaged, or altered
- Original tags or packaging are missing
- The return request is made after the allowed return period
Rejected products may be shipped back to the customer at applicable shipping charges.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
